Summary cards

CardWhat it shows
Need to orderProducts that will run out before a new order could arrive. Order these first.
RecommendedProducts at or below their reorder point. Order them now to avoid running out.
HealthyProducts with enough stock for now.
OverstockProducts with more stock than your overstock threshold (120 days of sales by default).
Revenue at riskTotal sales you could lose because products run out before a new order arrives, if you ordered everything today.
Recommended purchaseTotal cost of all recommended quantities (Need to order + Recommended), per currency. Products without a cost aren't counted.

Click a status card to show only the products in that status.

Under the cards, Last calculated shows how long ago the recommendations were updated. Click Recalculate to update them now.

Statuses

StatusWhen
Need to orderStock plus incoming will run out within the supplier's lead time. Even if you order today, you may run out before the goods arrive.
RecommendedStock plus incoming is at or below the reorder point (the stock needed to cover the lead time plus safety stock, or your min stock if higher). Also used for a product with no recent sales whose stock is below its min stock.
HealthyEnough stock for now. No order needed yet.
OverstockMore stock than your overstock threshold, in days of sales. Consider not reordering.
No salesNo sales in the last 90 days, and no min stock to keep up.

The exact rules are in How recommendations are calculated.

  • Status: tick one or more statuses. Need to order and Recommended are ticked by default.
  • Supplier: show one supplier's products, or No supplier for products not assigned to any supplier.
  • Vendor: show one vendor's products.
  • Search: product name, variant name or SKU.

The list is sorted by Revenue at risk (highest first) by default, so the products that cost you the most when they run out come first. Click a column header to sort by another column.

Export to CSV

Click Export Csv to download every product matching the current filters (not only the page you're on). On top of the columns above, the file includes the vendor, sales for 30/60/90 days, days out of stock (last 30 days), where the lead time comes from, the order cycle, the reorder point, the target stock, why the supplier was picked, the currency and the expected stock-out date. It's handy for checking the numbers in a spreadsheet or sharing them with your team.

Recalculate

Recommendations are updated automatically at least every 6 hours. Click Recalculate after you change settings, receive a delivery or create purchase orders, to see updated numbers right away.

  • Most shops are done in a few seconds and the page reloads by itself.
  • For a large catalog, the page shows Calculating… x / y products and keeps showing the previous results until the new ones are ready. You can leave the page; the calculation keeps running in the background.
